Yoga Day was celebrated on the 21nd June 2016. In the assembly students were informed about the importance of yoga practice in life.
Students were enlightened on the meaning of Yoga that it is a holistic method of exercises, meditation and breathing techniques, which improves the quality and length of life. Each student was asked to get the yoga mat and various Asanas were performed and its benefits were explained simultaneously. Our Principal too participated actively with the students in doing Asanas.
Various Yoga exercises with great enthusiasm were performed by the students. Everyone felt rejuvenated with Yoga, all were convinced that it helps to control the mind and creates flexibility of the body.
