“Small steps towards big dreams start today.”
School started on June 13, 2025. All teachers were called in the morning and handed over their respective classes and log books. A staff meeting was held by Principal Rev. Sr. Philomena Sequeira to discuss important academic and administrative matters. The meeting commenced with a short prayer, followed by a welcome address by the Principal, who appreciated the efforts of all staff members for their continued dedication and hard work. Issues related to student behavior and punctuality were discussed in the meeting. Later Sr. Joyce conducted a session on guidance and councelling. Sister emphasised that through proper guidance and counselling students develop effective study habits, set academic goals, and overcome learning difficulties. Students from class 10 were guided about the effective study habits, time management, and exam strategies.
An inaugural mass for the staff was held on 14th June 2025 (by Fr. Hubert Gois )to invoke blessings and mark the start of a new year with a sense of unity and purpose.
The school for all the students reopened on 16th June 2025 and students entered the schooling phase of their lives with much hope & aspiration to revive again after long and rejuvenating summer break. The school held a prayer service during assembly and welcomed the children. The prayer song accelerated the whole atmosphere. The principal Rev. Sr. Philomena Sequeira addressed the students and motivated them for a happy prosperous and successful year ahead.
The staff and students organized a heartfelt felicitation programme in honour of our beloved principal Sr. Philomena on her appointment as the Provincial Superior for a second term.
Textbooks were distributed to students from classes 5th to 8th on 17th June 2025.The distribution was carried out in an organized and systematic manner by the teachers and supporting staff.
