The great thing about walking with God in life is that there is always the opportunity to start anew – God always offers us a new day and a new dawn, no matter what has gone before. At the start of the New Academic Year, why not take a moment to thank Him for last year, ask His forgiveness for where you have failed, and dedicate this new year to Him. We Elysians commenced the new academic year 2019-20 which officially began on Monday, June 17th with the Eucharist celebration by our Manager Rev. Fr. Austin Norris for students of standard 9th & 10th at 12:15 pm. Faculty and students gathered in the Church of Saint Vincent De Paul to invoke the blessings of God Almighty upon us and our work in this year ahead.
Rev. Fr. Austin Norris delivered the homily explaining the parts of the holy Eucharist to the students of different religions. Prior to the final blessings the priest sprinkled holy water on all the teachers and students present in the church.
