Vachan Prerna Divas
On 15th October 2020, our school staff and students along with our Principal Rev. Sr. Philomena Sequeira and our Manager Rev. Fr. Austin Norris celebrated the occasion of ‘Vachan Prerna Divas’. In English it means ‘Reading day’. This day is celebrated to pay tribute, in memory of our late. Former President ‘ A.P.J. Abdul Kalam’ on his birthday. A special assembly was conducted by the respective class teachers in the beginning of the online class. We also conducted a reading activity on this day. Students were encouraged to read news papers, books novels etc to improve their reading and talking skills. A video was prepared by Mrs. Anjena D’silva which gave us a clear information about the occasion. Different YouTube videos with information about the occasion were also shown to the students by the respective class teachers. We thanked all the teachers who encourage the students to participate in the activity. We also thank our students for actively participating in the activity.
